Paint The Peninsula Pink

Every October we Paint the Peninsula PINK to raise money for SHF’s Breast Health Fund.

Each October, SHF launches its PINK Calendar, where you can sponsor a day in honor of a loved one who has battled breast cancer or show your support for breast health to the community.

All proceeds from the calendar go to the Superior Health Foundation’s Breast Health Fund, which provides direct cash assistance to individuals with limited income who face breast health related medical expenses, are either uninsured or underinsured, or face high deductibles or copays, and need financial support for screenings, diagnostic tests, treatments, and other costs associated with their breast health journey such as travel and transportation, and medical devices or equipment.

Thanks to the generous support of day sponsors and a grant from the M.E. Davenport Foundation, from October 2024 to October 2025, the Superior Health Foundation was able to provide over $40,000 in direct support to 17 individuals across 7 U.P. counties.
