Superior Health Foundation is proud to be a funding partner for the upcoming U.P. Grief Support Training, a collaborative conference bringing essential education and resources to professionals, educators, and caregivers across the Upper Peninsula this March.
Recently, representatives from UP Home Health & Hospice, Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice, and Northern Michigan University Center for Rural Health appeared on Upper Michigan Today to discuss this important initiative and the vital role grief support plays in our communities.
